First off it suffers from a lack of brand recognition among new and casual shooters. AGFA Vista 400--discontinued a couple years ago yet this has become a new favourite film in the last few months. However the photos from Vista 800 appeared more washed out and grainy than the same photos taken using Fuji or Tura 400 speed films.
Vista 400 is is VERY grainy but sharp and very saturated--it reacts strongly to primary colours like blues and reds. The legendary and highly sought after Agfa colour film particularly the ISO 400 36 frame make to its ISO 200 sibling. What it did make it was an item on my to-do list.
My experience with Konica Centuria Super 800 was slightly better less grain but for the time being I plan to revert back to using ISO 400 film for my winter photography. Skin tones are supposed to be better than Vista. It is not to everyones taste but I like that especially when shooting during a hot summer day.
For fashion photography Kodak Ektar 100 has stunning fine grain and more saturated colours vs Vista. According to his plan the monastery was to become the center of the Orthodox world. On the whole the brands self-assessment of Vista 200 per its data sheet is pretty spot-on.

Agfa Vista Plus 200 perennial favourite of many a budget-conscious shooter is one of them discontinued as it was in 2018. Agfa recently released a new version of Vista which I havent tested yet. This film was once cheap and dispensable but today they are hard to come by and if you do see one theyre definitely expired and twice its original price.
But that doesnt make it any less of a shame. It renders some artificial lights havent figured out what they are yet green that my fuji films have rendered orangewhite. Agfa Vista 200 and 400 will be discontinued March 10 2018.

AgfaPhoto Vista Plus 200 is one of two films previously sold under the AgfaPhoto brand the other being the higher speed Vista 400. I suspect thats a paper or lab issue.
